a (dream) team of professionals
What really sets Wanderluxe apart? Our team is made up entirely of professionally educated and trained designers (& architect!). We are “career” designers, having set out on this path from the beginning. Between the four of us, we have 3 bachelor’s degrees in interior design, and one architecture degree. Each person brings their knowledge and skill set together in a collaborative effort, balancing each other and uplifting one another. The individual success and hard work of our team is our pride and is what provides our clients with the best possible service. We are absolutely dedicated to using our professional skills to continuously elevate the client experience. And best of all, we are a team with integrity, loyalty, and humility. We are constantly learning, taking responsibility for our part in the success of each individual project, keeping our clients at the center of our work.

Jodi Deister
Founder, Principal Interior Designer
It was always interior design for me - from the time I was a 12 year old believing the fantasy of HGTV designs, to the bachelor’s degree, to large commercial and residential projects. Many elements in my life have changed, but design has been a solid constant. I’m a problem solver by nature, and interior design always gives me a new, interesting puzzle to solve. From the start, I knew I would have my own company, and after 10 years working in commercial and luxury residential design, it was time to strike. Between my passion for luxury interiors and adventurous travel, the name Wanderluxe was born. Nothing ever felt more fitting to my personality & what I wanted my company to evoke. My mission as a designer is to give my clients the freedom, permission, and motivation to be anything and everything they want, and to do it in style.

Anneke Crew
Senior Interior Designer, Project Manager
Hi there! My name is Anneke. I'm a Senior Designer with 10 years of experience in residential and commercial design. I'm a Fresno State Allumni that received my Bachelors degree in Interior Design in 2016. I love being creative and often apply creativity to multiple aspects of my life. This involves hobbies such as baking and flipping furniture to my other love of creative finance and real estate. I am also a Licensed Realtor, this allows me to have a more holistic approach to design and deeper understanding of financial impacts of remodels on home values. Lastly, I am a wife and mother. I married my high school sweetheart at 21 and we now have two beautiful children. Mostly we love exploring the outdoors and traveling but our all time favorite place to visit is Disneyland! I look forward to working with you! Cheers!

rafael Dan Sokabe
Architectural Designer
Hey, I am Rafael. I was born in Brazil, where I got my Bachelors degree in Architectural and Urbanism in 2018. I began working as an architectural drafter and designer back in 2012. In 2023, I moved to Canada, where I currently live, to study architectural and building technology and expand my construction knowledge. I’ve always liked spending my time on creative activities, like drawing and playing different musical instruments, which are my favorite hobbies. That interest in creativity is what led me to architecture. I’ve always found fascinating the idea of creating a space that represents the identity of an individual or a group, while also serving as functional daily-use areas. Also, I enjoy exploring new places, and every building or area has a story to tell. Being a part in creating new spaces for new stories makes me grateful to have chosen this profession.

olga perez
Interior Designer, Procurement manager
Hello! My name is Olga. I’m an Interior Designer with over 7 years of experience in both residential and commercial design. Prior to becoming a Fresno State Alumni with a bachelor’s degree in interior design, I was an architectural student. My passion for design started at a young age, always wondering how I could change the layout of our 1948 apartment in the city of Glendale. In 2004, my family started the process of building a vacation home in Mexico which gave me the opportunity to be involved during the design and construction phase. Given that my uncle was the architect and my grandpa the contractor on the project, I was able to see behind the scenes of a project from beginning to end. This only increased my desire to one day become an Interior Designer and be able to make someone else’s dream home come true. Attending events like Las Vegas Market, NeoCon, and KBIS allows me to stay up to date with new trends and products. Outside of life as an interior designer, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. As well as traveling to new places when presented with the opportunity. Love taking my dogs, Oliver and Hachi out for walks and stopping along the way to enjoy a cup of tea while they enjoy their pup cup. Hope to have the opportunity to work together!!
